We bought one to try for our dogs. We’ll be buying another soon. They love it! Someone mentioned having difficulty with the assembly. It’s actually quite easy with some tips in mind. Snug, don’t tighten, the screws, sit it flat on all four legs, you might have to give it a little push depending on how snug you made the screws. Once all four legs are on the floor, then fully tighten the screws. After the screws are fully tightened, then you do the velcro. Note that bars “D” have rounded grooves at the ends for the rounded sides of “B” and “C”. The indented sides of “B” and “C” are for the heads of the bolts. Making sure the rounded and indented sides are oriented properly will insure a solid assembly when done.

No matter how I tried the 4 simple screw weren’t simple. The legs were crooked & only 3 at a time would touch the floor. After 2 hours of battle I put it aside. Today, 45 minutes into the project I was able to get the bars in place & all screws inserted. By undoing the Velcro…however now one end of the mesh cot will not reach to fasten. Hoping my pup (60 lbs) doesn’t slide thru. Other than that she seems to love it, especially having the bolster to rest her head.
