The crate arrived with a bent corner and one latch that didn’t align properly. Customer service was helpful and sent a replacement part, but it was a hassle. Once set up, it does the job, but quality control could definitely be improved. Not what I expected for the price point.

While the crate is spacious and the design is functional, I found that the metal bars feel a bit thinner than expected. It works fine for my calm Lab, but I wouldn’t trust it for a more excitable or strong dog. Decent for the price, but I’d suggest reinforcing it if your dog is a known escape artist.

I bought this crate for my Great Dane mix, and it’s just the right size. Assembly was straightforward, though I’d recommend having a second person to help due to its dimensions. The ventilation is excellent, and it folds down relatively easily for transport. Would’ve liked a slightly thicker base tray, but otherwise, no complaints.

I run a small dog rescue and recently purchased three of these crates. They’re a dream—solid construction, very spacious, and surprisingly lightweight for the size. I especially like that the doors don’t rattle and the latches are sturdy. The dogs seem to feel secure without being cramped. Great value for such a large crate.
