I purchased this bed for a large dog that had her leg amputated! I wanted her to have something soft and comfortable and something that would help keep her from being sore and stuff (if possible). The bed has been great! ALL of the dogs love the bed. The cover had a hole worn in it and i called Petsmart and asked about a replacement. Their response was they do not sell the covers that I would have to buy a new bed. Not a good response when you spend almost $100 for a bed!! I did some research and found the warranty and contacted that company and all I got was a recording. I left a message even thought I thought I would never get a response. I explained to them the situation and asked them how and where I can get a new cover the bed was in almost perfect condition; we just needed a new cover. The gentleman that called me back was very helpful explained that they do not sell the covers for them but would send me a new cover for it and would have it sent out asap. Now they are truly the review on this. Kudos to the Carpenter Co for your amazing customer service!

My dog loves this dog bed. The orthopedic padding is thick, cushiony, and comfortable. The removable cover is great; it washes easily and goes right back on the bed. This my dog’s favorite place to sit, relax, chew a bone, and sleep. I have tried it out myself and agree with how comfortable it is! My five year old son loves to sit on the bed with our dog and watch tv. I love that the color of the bed is neutral. It’s perfect for any dog male or female and goes well with any home décor. The bed seems to be made well, although my dog has pawed at the cover a few times and it has shown some signs of wearing. I am concerned about the longevity of this dog bed, but so far it has held up relatively well. Overall, my dog and my family are very happy with this dog bed.

I bought this bed in size large for my lab mix. We wanted a second bed for the first floor so he didn’t have to jump on the couch. He has severe arthritis in his hips and had knee surgery in 2020. He weighs 58 pounds. The size is perfect and has great support. He loves it!

The mat looked sturdy and our male GSD took to it right away…BUT, he likes to scratch the mat as if he’s making a nest and has already managed to poke a hole in the middle and unleash cubes of foam stuffing. Probably fine for less energetic breeds.

We bought this large bed for an amazing price and our retriever absolutely loves it. She spends most of her time on it. Like others said the cover is a bit thin and she does paw at it but it’s held up fairly well. We do take it off and wash it and it’s been fine. For the price you really can’t beat this bed. I’ve shopped for hours for dog beds for her and this was the best deal we found for a very large and comfortable bed. We have the XL. Just came on to buy her another one!

This bed is amazing for my senior dog. He is 8 and even though he doesnt act it I know that he is slowing down. This bed was large for him as he is a 75lb Pitbull. But he laid on it and seemed to be very happy. My kids laid on it as well and said it was soft and you could not really feel the floor which made us feel good for our dog’s health. I love that it is fluffy but not the kind of fluff that my dog will pick at and leave all over the house.
